How does shipping work and when will I receive my order?
We use a unique shipping model to provide the lowest prices. When you place an order, we often wait for the sale event to end before receiving products from our brand partners. Most orders ship within 10 to 14 days, though specific delivery windows are provided at checkout.
What is the 'All-Day Shopping, One-Time Shipping' rule?
To help you save, once you place an order and pay for shipping, any additional orders placed before midnight PT on the same day qualify for free shipping. On weekends, this window extends from Friday through Sunday night.
What is your return policy?
Items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned. For eligible items, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or defective.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we send orders to our vendors immediately to secure your items, there is a very limited window to cancel. You can typically cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement through your 'My Orders' page.
Are the products authentic and brand new?
Yes, we partner directly with brands and authorized distributors to ensure that every product sold on our site is 100% authentic and brand new.
