Returns & Refunds Policy

At Zulily, we strive to offer unique finds at incredible prices; while many items are eligible for return within 30 days, please note that some flash sale items are marked as final sale. If your item is eligible, we will provide a return shipping label and deduct the shipping fee from your total refund amount.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Visit your 'Order History' to confirm if your item is eligible for return and within the 30-day window from the delivery date.

  Print Return Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided in our online Returns Center.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
